Cash and digital payments (Venmo, CashApp, Apple Cash) accepted. No personal checks or credit cards, please. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and AS IS. There are no returns or exchanges. Please bring boxes, bags and material to wrap items. We do not have wrapping material. Please bring our own help, tools, and appropriate vehicle to move and load large or heavy items. We are not able to assist with heavy lifting. We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for sale however some pictured items may be already taken by day of sale. Please contact us to confirm availability. We do not provide pricing pre-sale and will not respond to inquiries asking for pricing. There is a camera in the driveway in use. The property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage on or near the premises.

Directions & Parking: Our house is the first house after the Mousam River Bridge on Route 9 (Western Ave) going from Wells to Lower Village in Kennebunk/Dock Square in Kennebunkport. Park on eastbound (same side as house) Western Ave after driveway (not before) or in driveway. There is no parking on Western Ave westbound, or on the bridge, or in front of the many no parking signs across the street and no parking in or near the public boat ramp across the street.
