Fabulous Fine Art Collection and Home Liquidation Auction No Reserves Pickup Only Wells Maine

This fabulous collection of fine art is being offered in addition to some household items, antiques, and collectibles from a home in Wells, Maine. Many of art pieces come with receipts from galleries in New England as well as Florida. All from a well kept non smoking home. All items start at $1 and there are NO RESERVES!

This is an online only auction with winning bidders picking up in Wells, Maine Wednesday March 25th from 1PM-7pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES, and we cannot store or hold your items. We can not drop-off at shipping stores. Items not picked up will be forfeit without refund without exception. There are couriers you can enlist if needed or some have sent Uber drivers in the past.

Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctionninja is valid and can be charged for your order.

You are welcome to send someone else to pickup your items for you provided they have a copy of your invoice, and you let us know ahead of time. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order or at least a valid ID as we cannot release items without ID matching winning bidder or invoice copy. We will require identity verification on both parties for large orders to prevent issues.

PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. Please be sure to have a valid card on file. An auction is a contract and items won and not paid for will result in cancellation of your bidding privileges on all Auctioninja and related sites. Your account will be sent to collections and attached to your credit report if the dollar amount warrants it. Credit card chargebacks after winning an auction is fraud and will be prosecuted as such.

All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items and ask any questions before bidding as your bids cannot be adjusted canceled. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges can be issued for any reason. Not responsible for errors and omissions.

All items will have multiple pictures. Please look at ALL pictures and read all terms before bidding. We cannot cancel or adjust bids once placed.

18% buyer's premium and 5.5% Maine sales tax applies. If you have a re-sellers tax certificate, you must submit it BEFORE bidding. We cannot refund sales tax after the fact.
