* Numbers to be handed out at 8:30 a.m. on Friday morning. Once you sign the list, you must stay near the premises until numbers are handed out at 8:30 a.m.
* Face masks or other appropriate face covers required for entry and must be worn while on the premises.
* Occupancy will be limited to guidelines established by the state of Michigan.
* Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be provided, and frequently touched areas, such as door handles and checkout tables, will be disinfected on a regular basis.
* Please practice safe social distancing.
* Cash and local checks accepted (with valid I.D.).
* You must bring help for moving larger items.
* All sales final. All items sold as is, where is.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Todd Gray are not responsible for accidents.
