- On Day 1 of sale: The official numbers will be handed out at 9am. We honor a pre-signup sheet but you MUST STAY on premise once you sign up and you also MUST be present at 9am to receive your number. If you are not present at 9am on day 1 of sale when we call your name, your name will be skipped and your number will be given to the next in line (we cannot make ANY exceptions to this rule). Do NOT sign up for others, if you have a car full of people, please all sign the list as we want to avoid any arguments/confusion.
- Day 1 of sale is full price | Day 2 is 50% off
- We accept cash and credit card only. Credit transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.
- We do not offer pre/early sales of any items other than LARGE furniture items. Beds, La-Z-Boy, Entertainment Center, Desk, Massage Table, Ping Pong Table, Etc. Please message directly with an offer if you are interested in a large piece of furniture. Please note, we do not negotiate presale items on site.
- Please bring help for moving larger items as we are unable to assist with moving your purchases. All items must be removed by the close of sale on final day.

- All sales are final and all items are sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.

***Please arrive as early as you are comfortable waiting. This is a house packed with all sorts of goodies on 2 levels making for some tight spaces. We may need to limit the number of people that can enter at opening on day 1.
Street parking only. Driveway is for pickup/drop-off ONLY. Do not block neighbor's driveways or mailboxes.

Oakworks Celesta Deluxe Flextop Massage Table with Linak Electronic Lift
Master Bedroom Furniture includes Drexel Heritage Illuminated 3 piece entertainment cabinet and matching King Size bed frame. The two side cabinet tables are Stanley Furniture.
Dining room has a HUGE solid oak table with multiple leafs.
The 6 dining room chairs are Howard Millar Bar & Wine Furnishings. They are Ithaca Club Chairs made of leather and wood with adjustable height and have wheels for easy moving.
Marble curio cabinet / display case is by Pulaski Furniture.
The Organ is a Yamaha Electone MR-700 with multiple music sheet cards and is in great working condition.
The sunroom has a lounging chair and ottoman by Lexington Furniture. There is also an antique Jacobean cigar humidor stand with copper lining. Also there is a rug with monkeys and palm trees by Kathy Ireland Home.
