We ask that you be respectful and careful when shopping our sale. We are not responsible for any accidents that might occur during the sale.
During the sale we will be accepting cash and major credit cards (3% Fee added for any credit card purchase $1000 or more). Sorry we will not be accepting any checks at the sale.
For entrance to the sale on opening day we will be honoring street numbers (how the street number system works is listed below). Due to the amount of items at this sale and for the respect of the family we will be limiting the amount of people allowed in at a time. We ask that you be patient and we will do our best to check out customers and move them through the sale as quickly as we possibly can. Prices will not be given out for any items prior to the beginning of the sale. If you have any other questions about items (besides prices) please email us and we will do our best to get your questions answered.
The street number system...…. This sytem is real easy and we find it to be a fair and easy system. The first customer who arrives to the sale prior to opening will pass out numbers to customers until the opening of the sale. This person will keep number 1 for themselves and pass out the rest in order as customers arrive. Every person needs to have a number, if you are coming to the sale with someone else you will need a number for each person in your party. Prior to the opening of the sale we ask that you line up in the order of your number. When we open the sale we will call people in order of their number. If your number is called and you are not present when we call your number you will have to go to the back of the line, so please be there when your number is called.

This sale is OVER THE TOP once you enter the front door and continues as you walk through the home. A sale like this is rare and is one not to be missed. Collectors will be in awe at the vast collection these long time collectors have amassed over the years. Everyone will find something at this sale that they must have. This will be a sale to mark in your planner and plan on attending, it will not disappoint. The only ones who will be disappointed are those who don't attend. Two feature items in this sale are a signed letter from Marie Antoinette and a signed financial document from Louis XVI dated December 26, 1780. Both of these documents are professionally framed for display. Never again will you find two great items like these at one sale.
The clients were avid collectors of items related to Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette. You will find items related to them such as busts, artwork, furnishings, and so much more. There is a very large collection of pottery especially McCoy and Roseville. There is also Rook Wood Pottery. Among their collection of pottery you will find some of the rare and harder to find pieces, some of these pieces don't even enter the market that often. There are gold guild curio cabinets filled with collectables. Among the many treasures is a large collection of World's Fair Memorabilia, especially the Seattle World's Fair and there is some from New York, Chicago, St. Louis, Cleveland, Nashville, and Paris. The crystal chandelier is a replica of one that was displayed in the White House. There are also a couple more antique light fixtures that will be sold that are included in the pictures as well.
Here are some items that were recently found during set up and pictures are soon to follow. We have Christopher Radko Shiny Bright Bubble Light Tree, Kriby Vacuum and supplies, over 300 record albums (partial list of artists listed below), well over 600 DVD movies (most like brand new), vintage Christmas items, McCoy Jardinieres, and numerous nativity sets.
As more items are uncovered and prepped for the sale pictures will be added and the sale description will be revised as well.
