Estate Sale on Mulberry - Part one

Please review all listings carefully and read all descriptions. And review all photos, and we will answer any question with the listings. You must make an APPOINTMENT, to pick up your items. If there are special instructions with: Appointment Times, Dates for Pick Up, Shipping options, please contact us prior to bidding. And if you fail to make an appointment, your items will be forfeited. There is a quick turnaround, we have limited time on the owner's property. You are responsible for removing your items off the property, including larger furniture. It is your responsibility to being help. We try to bundle your winning lots together, and at times it will be wrapped and boxed. It is helpful to bring, wrapping, bags, boxes. To bid the auction you will need to be pre-registered through Auction Ninja with your credit card and information. Again, please read all descriptions, and review photos, everything is AS IS. Please note that you will be responsible for retrieving large items. Some of the items in this sale could be in the basement. The basement has easy access; however, it's YOUR responsible for bringing the items up the stairs to your vehicle. Other items may be in barns or on property, should need be you will have to help retrieve items. Bring help if you need, hand carts, and/or dollies.
SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR SMALLER, shippable items. The shipping will be charged to the credit card that is on file. The items will be dropped off at UPS, or you will be contacted if it will be shipped another way. And the winning bidder will be contacted after the close of the sale. We let you know the cost of shipping & Packing, or if we need more information. Please note this will be invoiced separately from the auction. We will only make Two Attempts to ship.
Any items not picked up will be considered forfeited with no refund. If you cannot pick up on these dates, please contact us prior to bidding. And review your order promptly.

You must provide your own bags, some wrapping, packing material, boxes and movers. We try to wrap/box as many lots as possible. We are not responsible for moving your items, but will lend a hand. If you win a large item, you must bring moving help. It is your responsibility to load your own vehicle.
