We do not hand out numbers or offer a sign-up sheet. Buyers may form a line to enter.
No early entry. Please do not disturb home’s caretaker by ringing doorbell and knocking on doors and windows.
Cash preferred. Credit and debit cards accepted, buyer pays $2 fee to use card.
Checks with proper ID accepted. $35 fee for returned checks.
Prices are not provided before sale begins and there are no early sales.
After sale begins, items are available for purchase via phone with buyer also responsible for shipping cost. Buyer arranges shipping on furniture and large items. Payment is by PayPal goods and services.

This estate is packed with Mid-Century Modern furniture and accessories, fine art, collectibles and so much more.

The many sale contents fill the three-bedroom home, basement, enclosed porch and garage. An additional sale is scheduled for Aug. 3, 4 and 5.

The house is not handicapped accessible and lacks rails near some steps. There are steps to enter and exit home and to get to basement. 

After the sale begins at 4 pm Thursday, July 20 items may also be purchased by calling 386-299-8267.

A Catherineholm melting pot in cheery yellow adds a vintage pop of color. Set of four vintage Edith Heath ashtrays, great to display on any MCM coffee table. This planter screams Mid-Century Modern with it’s rattan top and trio of tapered legs. Imagine how wonderful it would look with the addition of trailing greens. Vintage Pyrex A-9 square covered dish with six square B-15 bowls.Many will be red with envy why they spot this great vintage Pyrex set. Included is the square A-9 covered dish plus six small square bowls. Mid-Century Modern double bed in Distinctive Sabine Pecan by Unique. Chest of drawers in Distinctive Sabine Pecan by Unique. Each drawer opens and closes smoothly and the finish is flawless. MCM dresser with mirror. Also available are a matching double bed, chest of drawers and nightstand with drawer. A double bed with headboard that features a great place to stow one’s latest read or favorites. A closer look at the space provided by the double headboard. A king bed with  split electric mattresses to help ensure comfort for two. Notice the Mid-Century Modern headboard by Drexel with built-in shelves and doors. A matching dresser and chest of drawers are also available. A Mid-Century Modern dresser by Drexel with mirror is in good condition with the exception of a spot on the top.
