- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

**Sale dates have been moved back to October 12th thru the 14th** This is going to be a fantastic sale.
Added to the sale will be a 2022 Club Car Carryall 100 golf cart. This was purchased in April of last year (2022). It has the rear dump trailer for brush etc. It has been used VERY minimal in only taking rides to and from the mailbox and also just around the yard. It is electric and comes with the charger as well and all paperwork. Come check it out! It was purchased for $9,500 last year.

One thing worth noting is many of the collectibles have the original boxes with them. The setup process is still happening and unfortunately we are unable to picture all of the items as they are still in totes and boxes. I wanted to get the sale posted so everyone is aware this one is coming up. I will be adding more pictures after the inside of the home gets setup. These first set of pictures don't really do it justice as we have LOTS to still go through.
