A massive sale with a huge variety!
FOR IN PERSON ESTATE SALES: We will have a signup sheet out the morning of the sale for day one, and you MUST be present when we issues our numbers. We will begin our OWN sign up list at 7:00 AM. We will NOT recognize a customer created list, so get in line and we will issue a list beginning at 7:00 AM. No confusion, sorry hate to be this way but we will avoid all confusion. We will have the sign up table marked, so you will know where to form the line. We only issue one number per person, so if you are with someone, they need a number also. We allow numbers 1-10 in first then four more numbers every minute after until all numbers have been exhausted.
Cash, check with driver's license only, credit cards accepted with 5% convenience fee. We have help onsite to load larger pieces.
NOTE: Do to a recent uptick in receiving bad checks, you MUST provide a driver's license when writing a check.
ALL ITEMS NEED TO SELL, and sell as-is where is with no warranties or guarantees.
