No pre sales, all items are sold as is and are not returnable. Sign in sheet ok but person starting sheet needs to remain there until we open! Most sales we will open the garage 15 minutes early. First day is full price with discounts starting on day two! Not responsible for accidents on or inside property! We accept cash, good check with proper ID, and Visa/Mastercard payments over $30.00.

This is a unique estate sale! The owner resides in the home and is offering some of her parents/relatives treasures to the public. (Due to this being a living estate-there will be rooms and closets/cupboards taped off, so please try to be respectful of her property) We have limited space, so we have to limit the amount of customers into the home at a time.
This sale is has wonderful paper memorabilia! Vintage Detroit auto show brochures from 1920’s and up, rare car brochures dating from the 1900’s, old linen, travel and rppc postcards, books, tons of magazine from the 30’s-60’s, old calendars, ford almanac’s, 60’s science and mechanics magazines, and many more! Good amount of smaller advertising brochures. Vintage metal cars by Turner toys, vintage Kilgor American cap gun as is- Lionel train, dolls, including two porcelain Barbies, Ashton Drake porcelain dolls, vintage games, old wooden/veneer puzzles (including puzzles rented from JL Hudson’s with Hudson box), wood blocks other cute wooden toys, Tom Thumb cash register, a couple Marx trucks, Marx Fort Apache set, (no box), children’s books/Highlights magazines, Space 1999 Eagle Spaceship, dollhouse, some dollhouse furniture, old doll/baby clothes, some 1950’s items, nice retro porcelain table and chairs, porcelain bathtub, storage trunks, silver plate flatware, some silver spoons, old Franklin treadle machine, vintage sewing items: buttons, lace, needle books, oak box with sewing machine accessories, and more. Black and White photo’s, art work, very cute paper doll cut outs, dress patterns, cooking brochures, a couple ladies outfits from 1930’s, Military (navy) uniforms, Military buttons, and real photo’s from the 1940’s located in Manus Island & Admiralty Island from his travels in the Navy (nudes, villages, scenes and more). Stereoscope and stereo view cabinet cards, tea cups, Princess House coffee set, a couple jadeite glass pieces, various china plates and partial sets, some depression glass, glassware, embroidered linens, hankies, aprons, collars, Victorian bamboo frame tri-fold mirror, vintage hats, two Antique dressers, Primitive wood shelves and cabinets, older bottles, vintage kitchenware, primitive box’s, 1930’s wood gulf clubs, vintage to fine Jewelry, a couple pocket watches, tons of small little oddities, and much more.
