Payment is by cash (preferred) or local check with proper identification. All sales final and all items sold as is. We try our best to conduct an organized, reasonably priced sale that is mutually satisfactory to you, our customers, as well as the family (our neighbors!) we represent. Please respect the contents of the home and do not remove any permanent fixtures, or undo packaging. This is a very clean home with plenty of space, which should require no waiting in line. We do not accept street numbers. We do not issue numbers unless it becomes necessary for our customers' comfort and safety. We hope you will find our prices so reasonable that you won't hesitate to make your purchases on day one of the sale; otherwise, you can return on day two and find most items reduced to half price. This is a beautiful home, clean as a whistle, with excellent window lighting and spacious rooms that are filled with quality items! You won't want to miss the marvelous (and very substantial--BIG muscles required!) statuary in the beautiful backyard

In the basement, you'll find some really neat fifties retro chairs, bar stools, and furnishings including a Thaden-Jordan buffet and hutch, two chairs, table w/formica top, holiday items including a pretty white tree, a vintage Ironrite mangle with chair, a Franklin cedar chest, golf items (including Callaway Big Bertha), some great Guardian Ware including a big pressure cooker, etc.

Most other items will be on the main floor, including:

a couple of nice loveseats and a matching chair, in very good condition either with or without the lovely slipcovers
very nice white leather sectional sofa
bedroom sets (one of them an adorable 1940's set (sans bed) that was lovingly painted and is absolutely charming--perfect for the right girl!)
