Cash and Check with ID only. No credit cards.Everything sold as is where is. All Sales are final. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGER ITEMS. We are not responsible for loss or accidents while on premises. A sign up sheet will be available at the street at approximately 7pm the evening prior to the Sale.You do not need to remain on site once you’ve signed up. However, if you aren’t there when numbers are handed out you will lose your spot.Numbers handed out at 8 am with entrance to the Pole Barn at that time. The rest of the property will open at 9.
Parking will be at the end of the long drive on the west side of the Pole Barn. Please do not park along edge of drive. Exit will be out neighbors drive just to the east of the main house drive.
