Sign up sheet will be available at 7 am morning of the sale.

Parking is available along the road. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

There will be NO restroom available at this sale.

We use square for credit/debit. Square adds
3% on all transactions.

Please bring help with moving larger pieces of furniture, we will be happy to help when we can but this is not always possible.

All items bought must be picked up by the end of the sale. We do not deliver.
All items sold 'as is'. Please make sure the item you wish to purchase works to your satisfaction first.
We are not responsible for injuries during the sale.
