Please read over our friendly reminders/terms and conditions below before attending the sale …
*ENTRY: We will be doing things a little differently for this sale. We will not have a sign up sheet. Do not start a signup sheet of your own. Instead we will be using numbers for entry. Approximately 1 hour before sale we will be placing a red pull ticket stand (like those you see in grocery stores) out in the parking field near a table. Form a line until it is brought out. Do not walk to home without a pull ticket number. Follow signage directives. You must be present at the home when your number is called. Each person entering home must have a ticket number. No exceptions.
*PARKING: This home is on a lake. Driveway is only one road in/out and is a shared driveway with other homes. Please read through parking directions section carefully and follow parking signs/directives when you arrive. A little walking required to get to the home.
*Safety of our employees and our customers is important to us. Please be mindful of those around you and maintain social distancing as much as possible. Be careful when walking to/from home if snow/ice is present. Otherwise wait to take golf cart shuttle service.
*We do not give out any pricing prior to the sale, allow presale purchases or offer shipping services. You just have to come & see for yourself :-)
*Reminder that you are entering the premises and any outdoor buildings at YOUR OWN RISK. REJOYCE ESTATE SALES LLC and home owner are not liable for any injuries that may arise.
*Cash and credit cards are accepted. Cash is preferred. There is a minimum purchase price of $10 to use a credit card. No Checks.
*This is a two day sale. Full price first day, half price second day. No negotiations on first day - although you can make bids above 1/2 price & place in our bid box - these offers will be reviewed at end of day on the first day. Last hour markdowns on remaining furniture as well on the last day of sale.
*Loading items or the moving of heavy items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to provide assistance. So bring some extra muscles with you if you plan on purchasing any of our larger or heavier items.
*Please note there will not be a public restroom available at the sale. Sorry.
*And of course, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. No returns and No Exchanges which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So test and look over the items thoroughly before you buy.
