The sale is in a big beautiful house, so we do not anticipate using numbers. Please bring your own "heavy lifters" to move large items and/or furniture. Vehicles on driveway will be restricted. Some areas of the house, identified with signage, will be restricted during the sale. We will not be responsible for any accidents on site.
All material will be sold in "as is" condition. All sales are final.
