This beautiful home is filled with wonderful home furnishings, decor, & interior accents. Much of the furniture in the sale would be perfect in a cottage setting. As the former owner of a professional framing company, the client will be parting with many beautiful pieces of wall art as well as a nice selection of top quality frames! There will also be antique furniture, a nice collection of antique hand-painted china, everyday household, small appliances from Sharper Image, Cuisinart etc. and kitchen-wares. Great items for entertainment to include a Brunswick pool table & ping pong combo, Sony console entertainment unit & exercise equipment. Additionally, there will be designer & name brand label evening gowns, furs & accessories, plus a nice assortment of high fashion and costume jewelry.  

Please Note: We do NOT have a set discount schedule! However, we do offer Fair Prices and are negotiable within reason from day one! With that being said we urge you not to wait until day 2 for a cheaper price as the item or items you have your eye on may be snatched up by someone who earlier in the sale, made us a fair offer!
