• All successful bids must be picked up within removal dates!
• Any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates, there will be a $3 per day storage fee for 5 business days. After the 5 business days, bidder’s bids are null and void at the option of Rowley’s Auction Service.

• There is a $3 per package handling fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance cost.

• Any bid placed on an item(s) before closing will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes on that item.
