We will help get heavy items out of the home and into your vehicle or you can pay for delivery
The home is sold and it will be cleaned out immediately so you will have 1 extra day to pick up any prepaid furniture

Where a couple of days from the sale, it looks like it my rain Saturday and be Sunny on Sunday - If you need to pick up at the end of the sale, we can make that happen.

This couple has a home in another state and will not need the furnishings purchased to finalize retirement. 

There were no pets/ non smokers and all of the items are in great condition.

There is Art Work, kitchenware and other items not shown, but available the weekend of the sale
