*No refunds, all items sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
*If you buy it YOU load it into your vehicle. If we are not too busy we may be able to help you get your furniture purchase outside or to your vehicle. Thanks!
We will not be giving out any prices before the sale. Customers get first choices, Family Heirloom employees never pre-buy before a sale.
