I give out numbers immediately upon arrival on property the morning of sale. I typically get there early 7-7:30am. That allows customers to leave if needed and return by 10:00.am.
MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. Large items will need to be picked up when home is not crowded or there is an access door off the Main Room at front of home.
Home is protected by numerous security cameras. NO EARLY Sales. If it is in the photos, it will be offered at the sale. Prices are not given out prior to the opening of the sale.
