All customers must "Sign-In" their Own name on Great Lakes Bay Estate Sales Sign In Form.

GLB Estate Sales, our staff & the homeowners are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter at your own risk. No food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales! No advance sales, therefore, no prices quoted prior to sale.

We accept cash, major credit cards (+3% credit card fee) and check (w/ drivers license, address & phone #). Cash or credit card Only for total purchases over $300.
All items are considered used and sold "As Is". No returns. No refunds.

You Must have your own help to carry large or heavy items -- No Exceptions! Items must be picked up by 2pm on the last day of the sale.
For Construction Items (windows, doors, kitchen& bath fixtures, etc.), a 'deconstruction date' will be given at time of sale.

Bids: Written offers accepted for sale items over $100 of at least 60% of original marked price, first day of sale. If you win the bid, you'll be notified that evening and required to pay by 9:30 on second day of sale and picked up the second day of sale by 2pm.
