We accept phone bids on all items; call our company for more information. MME ships merchandise securely. Buyer will be charged calculated shipping cost and be required to pay at time of purchase.

Please make all checks payable to Mid-Michigan Estates and bring a valid ID.

Manpower is required for all heavy/bulky purchases; it is your responsibility to move heavy merchandise off premises. Please bring help to load large items.

Masks are encouraged. Do not attend our sale if you currently have any Covid-19 symptoms or if you have been exposed to the virus.

We are counting on you to keep yourself and others safe. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the sale & masks will be given to those in need.

Mid-Michigan Estates is not responsible for accidents, injury or theft on property. Please use caution and personal discretion while attending our event. Lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.

The sale will begin fully priced on Friday. Saturday will kick off at 50% off marked prices and at 3pm on Saturday everything will be 75% off.

Early Registration will open @ 6pm on Thursday 5-20-21. A sign-in sheet will be located under a tent in the driveway.

In numerical order legibly print your first and last name on the roster. If you are signing up for more than one person, include each name separately on the form provided.
