We also accept bids at or over 60% of marked price on all items tagged at $100.00 or more on the first day of the sale.

We will make a sign in sheet available at 9AM on Tuesday morning one hour before the sale opens.
If a Street Sheet is started by the first person to arrive, we will honor that and then transfer the names to the official list at 9am but once you sign the street sheet you must stay till 9am when the official list comes out...no exceptions!
