ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS, sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than the Monday after sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day.

I never get the feeling that they are annoyed with me. I watch them with other customers also and it is always the same with them also. I hear a select few people complaining about the pricing of certain items and your staff just keeps a level head and stays respectful. When I am at a sale I only buy what I can afford or what something is worth to me. It is always funny though cause every sale seems to be sold out by sales end. That says to me that you are doing something right. People just need to understand that there is a family involved here and they are mourning a loss and trying to settle the estate.
