We have been commissioned to have an ESTATE TAG SALE of this wonderful estate on Lincoln St in Bay City, Michigan. There is no time for an online auction and too cold to have an outdoor live auction!  Virgil Dammer retired from General Motors in Flint and was a WWII Navy Veteran and his wife Ara worked at Kuhlman Electric as well as an artist. Please make plans to join the Freeland Auction Services team as we help the family liquidate generations of antiques, tools, furniture, home décor, fishing items, quilts, primitives, sewing items, fabric, glassware and just about everything you can think of. This is DEFINITELY an Estate Tag Sale you will want to participate in as a collector or dealer.  

The Estate Tag Sale will begin on Wednesday, February 23 with the GARAGE being opened at 8:30am and the home being opened at 9am.  We will be full price as tagged on items from 9am until NOON, and will be able to negotiate after Noon on Day 1 of the sale.  Thursday, February 24^th from 8:30pm until Noon will be HALF OFF and from Noon until 4pm will be cheaper than half off. Please contact us if you want to purchase a PRICED item on pre-sale.  This is a 1940s era several small room home with basement, main floor and upstairs full of items.  We will only be able to allow 10 people in the home at the same time.  We will allow street numbers as an order of entrance and will NOT provide a signup sheet.
