>EARLY REGISTRATION & SIGN-IN<
MME will place a Sign-In Entry Sheet outside the home at 8:00am on Thursday morning. (1hr before the sale begins)
The first 30 people to sign the Entry Sheet will be granted first entry into the home. MME will allow more customers in as space allows.
***It is MME policy to allow immediate family members to sign into the sale prior to the general public. MME honors a “street sheet” however, if family members are attending, the signed names will be transferred to our official list below immediate family. ***

Sign-In Instructions:
1.) LEGIBLY PRINT your FIRST and LAST name on the roster.

2.) Arrive back on-site no later than 8:50am on Friday morning and wait for your instructions and for name to be called.

3.) When your name is called, announce that you are here when entering onto the property.

Day #2 & #3 Sign-In Sheets will be held at the check-out counter and available for signing.
You may also call or text (989)600-8192 to have your name added. Sign-In is available from 8:00am - 5:00pm each day. (Phone & Texts will be answered as time allows and dos NOT guarantee a spot on the list until confirmation is given.)

>Purchase Orders<
MME will provide you with an official purchase order. As you shop, our team will be stationed throughout the home and available to write your items on your order form as you find them.
Customers will check-out with this list and all items collected. Purchase orders help the check-out process be more efficient and easier for both parties involved.

> CHECK OUT / HOLD TABLES <
The Check-Out and Hold Table Areas will be located under the 10X20 Blue Tent in-between the garage and home.

> ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT <
* Cash
* Local Checks w/ Valid ID - $1,000 or under unless known personally by Owner.
* Venmo + 2.5% Fee
* PayPal + 4% Fee
* Credit/Debit Cards + 4% Fee

***Certain merchandise will be excluded from our discount policy including but not limited to gold, sterling, fine jewelry, coins, vehicles including trailers and boats, fine art, firearms and more.
Items such as these will be reduced no lower than wholesale cost and/or MM will accept bids.

>BIDDING<
On Day 1, MME accepts bids AT or OVER 60% of marked prices on all items valued at $100.00 or over.
MME reserved the right to reject any and all bids.
Our bid box is located at the check-out counter. Fill out our form accurately and place your max bid(s) on eligible items until 4:00pm.
You may submit your max bid by phone or text during sale hours @ (989)600-8192.
All bids increase by $5.00.
Winning bidders must secure their purchase with a mandatory $20.00 hold fee for each item won or confirm pick-up by 5:00pm that day.
Failing to meet the payment/pick-up time deadline will cause an immediate forfeit of purchase(s) and hold fees will not be reimbursed.
If a $20.00 hold fee is required, MME will exclude this amount from t reimbursed to the customer upon full payment and pick-up of won item(s). If inventory is not fully paid for by sale end, customer forfeits the $20.00 and/or the item.

> REMOVAL OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS <
• You are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
• All large purchases MUST be picked up by 3:00pm on Saturday, May 6th 2023.

Mid-Michigan Estates will prosecute anyone caught stealing from our sales.

MME is NOT responsible for accidents, injuries or theft on property.
Always use caution and personal discretion while attending our event; do not enter restricted areas. Watch your step and your head. Lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.

• Unfortunately, we are under contract and unable to sell ANY on-site estate sale items pictured prior to 9:00am on Thursday morning.

> PHONE SALES / SHIPPING / PICK-UP <
• If you cannot attend our event in person and wish to purchase from Mid-Michigan Estates by phone, you may call and order at daily discount price(s) after 9:15am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Phone sales will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Phone sales must be secured with immediate payment and/or confirmation of pick-up/payment received by end of sale day.
• MM ships to all 50 states & provides tracking and insurance at buyers expense.
• If item(s) is paid in full, Buyer may schedule a pick-up time/date with MME during applicable times/dates. Please call for more details.
• Shipping costs and insurance are calculated and paid by purchaser prior to shipment issued.
• Some restrictions may apply.
