SIGN IN BEGINS WEDNESDAY, JULY 29th @ 9:00 when the sale address is released and will last until 9:00am on Thursday July 30th when the sale opens to the public. You have to be present to sign the list. You may leave but you must be present at 8:50 to be given instructions and to be let in.

YOU NEED A CPL, FFL OR PURCHASE PERMIT FROM A SHERRIFS DEPARTMENT TO BUY A FIREARM FROM OUR SALE.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is available on select items. Buyer must pay a $10 packaging fee, the total shipping cost and insurance with signature. Items must be paid in full before the package is released. WE WILL SHIP FIREARMS USING AN FFL. All transportation fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
EARLY SIGN-IN / ENTRY PROCESS:
A Mid-Michigan Estates (MM) official sign-in sheet will be placed outside the home on Wednesday, July 29th at 9:00am.
We will have two sign-in sheets. One for the gun room and one for general admission.
Additional customers will be admitted in an orderly flow as space allows.
Street Sheet Policy:
MM WILL NOT HONOR A STREET SHEET FOR THIS SALE.
SIGN-IN / REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ONE name per entry (no placeholders).
Clearly print your first and last name.
Be present at the check-in table by 8:50am.
When your name is called, announce yourself and proceed as directed.
CHECK-OUT & HOLD AREA
One centralized checkout and secure hold area will be located in 3 areas: the pole barn, attached garage and inside the home. You must pay for your purchases inside each building. No bags allowed.
All purchases must be brought to this area for processing.
Staff will be stationed throughout the home and at checkout to assist customers.
BIDDING POLICY
Bidding is accepted on items $100 and above.
Submit bids at checkout using our bid forms.
Bids are reviewed at the end of each sale day.
Some exclusions apply.
REMOVAL OF LARGE ITEMS
Buyers must provide their own labor and transportation for large or heavy items.
We strongly encourage bringing help for large purchases.
A moving device may be available upon request, depending on item size and distance.
All items must be removed during sale hours, unless prior arrangements are made.
Please use care when removing items—buyers are responsible for any damage to the home or merchandise
