Description & Details

My Dream Sale - Finally - a BEAUTIFUL Farm!

This home was built in 1910 along with a few of the out buildings.  It even has a wonderful "root cellar", original to the house.

The family bought the property, referred to as a "Hobby Farm" in the early 70's.  The dad was the barber in Bear Lake for 40 years or so, the mom worked as a local school secretary.  They both had lots of interests, reflected in the diverse inventory in this sale.

In addition to the very wonderful 3 story house, there are three large out buildings. The barn housed heavy equipment like the 1950's vintage Allis Chalmers Tractor - runs great - a ride on Husqvarna mower - vintage farm equipment and lots of goodies.  The 4 car garage for this sale, is packed with Sportsman's Outerwear, Vintage Military Uniforms, accessories, tools and weapons, outdoor games, kites, car maintenance and repair, canning jars, camping equipment, vintage ski's, snowshoes and more.  The stables house the workshop with a hardware and tool inventory, both contemporary and vintage, horse tack, farm supplies, birdhouses, lumber, and again, much more.

For this initial post, there are no photos of the stables or garage inventory, they will be added over the next few days.

Have a look at the photos and stay tuned for lots more!

This is going to be a very fun sale!! Not to be missed.
