********* March 10-11th - We will be selling off the Furniture, Appliances, Household Misc on this weekend.
This is also the PRE-VIEW of all building/salvage items that will be available 3/17

********* Additional Rules for the Pre-Demo Sale (March 17-18th):

•Customer Is Responsible For Removal: Removal is to be arrange for the weekend of March 17th or there after for salvage items depending on the item!
•For the removal - Bring your own tools! And muscle!
•Know your measurements in advance and remember to bring a tape measure! :)
•No children are not allowed for the weekend of March 17th (removal weekend). For the safety of the children.
• A Liability Waiver Must Be Signed If Purchasing and Removing Building Materials.

This Beautiful Log Cabin will be under a MAJOR construction re-model soon and we want to save as many beautiful usable items we can so we will be selling the Doors, Lighting Fixtures, Paneling, Cabinets, Vanities, Toilets, Sinks, Decorative Log Beams, Window Treatments, Exterior Logs on Home, Decking Material and Deck Glass Panels, ETC....  

 

WEEKEND 1 - MARCH 10-11:  SELLING FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS.

& PREVIEW THE HOME FOR THE SALVAGE & BUILDING MATERIAL ITEMS

 

WEEKEND 2:   MARCH 17-18:   SALVAGE / BUILDING MATERIAL SALE AND PICK UP!         

  • Come prepared - you will be responsible for removing and loading all items - no help will be available to assist you with this.
  • Buyers to remove materials at own cost and risk.
  • No refunds if you damage items during removal.
  • You will be asked to sign a waiver stating above mentioned.
  • Windows and Exterior Doors will not be available to be removed until mid April before demo.
