MCM and Audiophile Collector’s Sale

Here’s the deets for our Collector’s Sale!  Make sure to read the message thoroughly, as there's a ton of information.  Several items are specific to this sale.  We know a lot of these rules seem out of character for us, but this sale is highly unusual and requires its own set of instructions.  We thank you truly for being kind, patient and understanding.

1.  We do not give pricing information out before our doors open.  We will do our best to answer any questions regarding measurements or details about specific items, but we may not be able to before the doors open.

2. The SIGN UP SHEET will be available no earlier than 2:00PM.  This is important!  We will disregard any list started before this time, so we ask that you plan to arrive no earlier than 2:00.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO STAY WITHIN SIGHT OF THE HOME!  Please return for entry by 5:15.

3.  PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. Do not block driveways and mailboxes or park on lawns.

4. Pricing is firm and final on Thursday evening hours and all day Friday.  Half price begins at 9AM on Saturday.  Our clearance event will run from 3-4PM on Saturday; the house will be cleared by 2:30PM to reset for this event.  The line for reentry will be outside.  Details for this event will be revealed Thursday evening.  

5.  We will be enforcing 45 minute shopping time limits for Thursday's hours.  Anybody on the signup sheet by 5PM will have guaranteed entry.  If you cannot make it to the sale by 5PM, we ask that you plan to join us on Friday or Saturday, as we cannot be sure you will get a chance to shop.

6. We will be allowing at least 25 shoppers in at a time.  Masks must be worn properly (over mouth & nose) and made of non-mesh materials.  If you are unable to wear a mask, we can provide a virtual tour of the sale and will pull items if they are available.  YOU MAY NOT ENTER without a mask.

7. The HOLD AREA is for committed purchases only.  Once it is placed on the table, you must purchase the item.  Purchaser is required to thoroughly inspect any items before placing them on the hold table.

8. We accept cash (exact change appreciated) or credit/debit cards.  Credit card purchases between $500-999 will be charged a $15 service fee and purchases $1,000 and over will be charged a 3% service fee.

9. Due to the nature of this specific sale, we will allow a STRICT 24 HOUR RETURN POLICY for untested electronics only.  You will be given a color coded receipt which must be shown at the time of return.  ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS without this receipt or on equipment that was testable.

10.  Finally, NO BAGS WHATSOEVER WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE.  We know this is a big ask, but please leave any purses, backpacks, shopping bags (yes, even empty ones) in your vehicle.  We will provide sterilized shopping bags for your convenience once inside, and the aforementioned hold table is available to free your hands.

We know that COVID has given us some challenges in how we are able to run estate sales.  We sincerely thank each and every one of you for your patience, kindness, and understanding.  Thank you for continuing to share your weekends with us.

We are also first come; first served.  The sign up sheet will be available at 2PM ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON.  Please do not plan to be there any earlier, as we only accept our own sign up sheets.

Thursday and Friday will be full price days with a “Bid Box” available.
