PLEASE read all of the following info carefully!!!
This sale will take place in a private residence. The entrance and exit will take place through the garage door only.
Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️ There may be a very small fee associated with any online transaction.
!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!
• A sign up sheet will be put out by the front door by 6am on the first day of the sale.
• Numbered cards will be handed out exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time.
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT at 8am in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain by the front door for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time, then your name must be on the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet. Please print clearly!
A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25. NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.
This is a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.

Saws, screw drivers, machinist vises and tools, wrenches, pliers, more hardware than Lowes, vintage hand tools, tape measures, metal snips, allen wrenches, glue guns, soldering irons, belt sander, drill press, grinding and buffing wheels, power cords, jumper cables, socket sets, hatchets, sledge hammers, painting supplies, and that is not all!!!
Its not all tools, however, there are some great items to support the handicapped available here, including a wheel chair, shower chair, several functioning electronic chairs, aluminum ramps, and more!
Household goods include coffee makers, office supplies, electronics, some furniture (desks, end tables, etc.), clothing, glassware, books…
NOTE: The neighboring home will be running a garage sale on Friday and Saturday as well, and they share the driveway loop, sooooooo…..it will be VERY easy for you to skip on over a few yards and do some additional treasure seeking! If you’re looking for very high end suits (sizes 40 and 42) by designers such as A.K. Rikk’s, Tallia, and Donna Karan, and/or fine photography from the likes of David Lubbers, well then…it might just be worth the stroll!!! [See the last 9 pics!]
