- On Day 1 of sale: The official numbers will be handed out at 8am. We honor a pre-signup sheet but you MUST STAY on premise once you sign up and you MUST be present at 8am to receive your number. If you are not present at 8am on day 1 of the sale when we call your name, your name will be skipped and your number will be given to the next in line (we cannot make ANY exceptions to this rule - your number counts for you and you alone). Do NOT sign up for others, if you have a car full of people, please all sign the list as we want to avoid any arguments/confusion.
- Day 1 of sale is full price | Day 2 is 50% off
- We accept cash and credit/debit card only, no checks. Credit card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.
- Please bring help for moving larger items as we are unable to assist with moving your purchases. All items must be removed by the close of sale on final day.
- Please feel free to email bearandwolfestatesales@gmail.com with any questions. We do not give pricing ahead of a sale.
- All sales are final and all items are sold as is, where is. No holds prior to payment and no refunds after items are sold.
- You are entering the sale at your own risk - the homeowner and Bear and Wolf Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur anywhere on the property. The house has carpeted stairs, please be careful especially when carrying items up or down.
- Every square inch of this home is PACKED and a large percentage of the items are breakable. For that reason, we are enforcing a "you break it, you buy it" system.
***Please arrive as early as you are comfortable waiting. This is a house with all sorts of treasures on 3 floors with some smaller rooms making for tight spaces. We will need to limit the number of people that can enter at opening on day 1.
Street parking only, the driveway is for pickup/drop-off and loading. Please look for the signs once you are close to the address and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
