Avenue Estate Sales is making efforts to help address current health concerns and is taking the following steps in order to assist all of our clients & customers:

 

  • We are granting customers access to purchase items starting at 10am, Thursday, March 26 via phone or email. On-site appointments begin 3pm, Friday, March 27. Once an item is sold it will be marked “sold” in the listing and will no longer be available for purchase.
  • Please view the pictures of all available items provided in each sale listing. Under each picture you will find a picture number and a “or best offer ” price.  Please call or text us with the picture number and your offer at 248-655-7778 or via email at Info@AveEstateSales.com and we will have agents available to facilitate your purchase.
  • Pick up times will be made available during appointment hours (no contact curbside pick up available). 
  • In addition to no contact curbside pick up we will be offering delivery of all purchases (delivery fee will apply - please contact us for a delivery quote).
  • All sales will have hand washing stations for customers who would like to sanitize their hands.
  • We will be consistently sanitizing high traffic areas at all sale locations (including credit card screens for signature)
