PER THE RULES, ONLY 10 VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED THROUGH THE GATE AT A TIME, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY. THIS IS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THIS GRACIOUS COMMUNITY AND WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION OF THEIR RULES.

in the Exclusive Woodlands Gated Community.

This exclusive sale will require our customers  to be patient waiting for entrance, since the community rules are that only 10 vehicles are allowed in at a time.  An Artful Estate Sales representative will be on hand at the gate house to help guide you in. 

From the moment you walk up to the entryway, you will get a glimpse of the lovely items inside.  There is a lovely "Fall" season cement statue two adorable bunnies & a melodic windchime as you approach the front door.  Step inside the spacious foyer of this lovely residence, you will be struck by its unique and welcoming interior. Merging classic and contemporary furniture and accessories, the layout invites you to linger as you shop.

Keeping watch in the entryway is a one-of-a-kind antique Louis Jacquin pendulum wall clock, with its bold black-and-white Roman face. Along the wall are two gleaming Mahogany Demilune Commode Tables from the  Baker Historic Charleston Collection. French Gold Gilt Mirrors hang over the chests. Atop the commodes are matching white stone pedestal urns and stunning black-and-white candlestick lamps. The tables flank an impressive Italianate mural style painting, a royal courtyard scene in warm colors. A unique dhurrie  area rug finishes the space.  On the wall near our checkout is a set of beautiful framed Vintage Asian Paper Cutouts with gold gilt accents.  Also at checkout is a case filled with beautiful jewelry by David Yurman - a stunning white gold & diamond ring...pieces by Judith Ripka,  Judith Leiber, Tiffany, Raymond Weil Fidelio Watch, Sterling Silver, Gold and some gorgeous pieces you will simply have to have!

Walk down the hall, filled with beautiful art work to enter the light-filled living room. To your left is the built-in bar filled with collectible treasures, including Antique Painted Ginger Jars, delicate Wedgwood and a vintage O. Henry book collection bound in red leather. Two gorgeous  Baker coral velvet slipper chairs with accent cushions face a stunning curved brass and wrought iron fireplace screen, with vintage fireplace accessories. You'll want to sink into the oversize taupe leather wing back chair, accented with nail head trim, or lounge in the custom made armchair & ottoman in a stunning St. Charles Cavalier Canine print!  Other decorative accessories in this space include an elegant wood plant stand/serving table, plus stately crystal candlesticks, blown glass figurines and a Stunning Lalique Sculpture "Deux Poissons".

Draped across the couch is one of the custom Window panels made to coordinate with the Baker Slipper Chairs...the other panels hang in a closet in the den.  The far corner holds a stunning  large Maitland Smith  bronze sculpture of a rider on horseback. 

A minute Antique Hand Carved Chair for your little one sits beside a basket full of Vintage Adventures of Tin Tin Books!

The Dining Room is a showcase for a Baker mahogany oval pedestal dining table, accented with an inlaid border detail. The table expands with2 leaves to seat ten. There are six matching Chippendale style dining chairs by Hickory with Schumacher upholstery.  Lovely Linens and Crystal dress the table and there is a display of Crystal Stemware and miniature art pieces, home decor and accents in this lovely room.  At the end of the Table is a stunning Wall Mirror with a gorgeous Still Life in the upper section of the Greek Key Frame.  There is a large Mahogany Sideboard  by Kindel, finished with shiny brass drawer pulls. Atop the buffet sit two brass lamps with gorgeous black shades lined in a black and gold mosaic pattern. Finally an exquisite cottage oil painting finishes the room. 

Just past the dining room is the kitchen, with its rustic farmhouse table and charming  antique teapot quilt framed on the wall. You'll find tons of functional dining pieces and fancy accessories, including dinnerware, cookware, serve ware and more. The walk-in pantry holds cookbooks and coffee pots, peppermills, kitchen essentials and more! On the counter tops sit a great Kitchenaid Mixer in white, microwave, gadgets, serving pieces, placemats.and more. Way too many items to mention! 

Off the kitchen is the entryway to the laundry room filled with more household essentials and the garage which holds a great Refrigerator, garden tools, tools and more!

Circle back through the foyer into the elegant den, where two light moss-colored contemporary Sherrill Leather Sofas beckon. Note the Baker Alligator Finish Forest Green Coffee Table and white wood shutter detail TV stand/storage unit. A gorgeous Baker Side Table with inlaid top holds a gorgeous lamp and home decor.  On the wall, an adorable mid century pen & ink drawing of children playing marbles. On the round table, two green marble obelisks and an antique magnifying glass on a stand, books and home decor and serving pieces abound.  The closet holds beautiful Linens, Window Treatments and a great Onkyo Sound System which includes a Receiver, Cassette Deck w/Radio, CD Player and Belt Drive Turntable. Speakers in other parts of the home include a pair of Polk Audio and Bose Audio pairs.  Please ask for help with the audio equipment. A built in bookcase and the rest of the room hold a lovely collection of books, including a set of Vintage Victor Hugo books from 1915, Works of Voltaire from 1901,  the Sotheby's catalog for the Estate of Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis, candles and a small collection of stamps & political buttons.

The master bedroom holds a fabulous Vintage Baker Armoire with Asian trim. The classic  Baker Four-Poster King Size Bed has yet more carved detail. The oversize floral reading chair and ottoman invite you to curl up with a good book, and a large round glass top bedside table has matching floral fabric. A pair of botanical rose prints hang over the bed, accented by two lovely framed Seaside Paintings by Martha Walker. An intricate gilt framed mirror adds to the classic beauty. 

Two Art Nouveau style prints greet you as you enter the walk-in closet, filled with designer women's clothing, purses and accessories.
