BEFORE THE AUCTION: All Items are sold "AS IS" and represented to the best Pioneer Auction Service LLC ability and knowledge.
Buyer's are strongly encouraged to examine lots thoroughly in person by attending the preview of our auctions at scheduled times.
Pioneer Auction Service LLC acts as a marketing agent only and assumes no liabilities or guarantees and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ISSUE REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your bid is a legally binding contract, NO exceptions. Winning bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sellers, auctioneers, auctioneers employees, auction company owners, directors, etc. from all claims, fees, judgments, expenses, disputes, legal fees etc.
If you fail to pick up your items on the load out day and don't contact us we will bill your credit card used upon registration for this auction.
AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional two (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.In the case the Multiple bidders place the same MAX bid amount, the winning bid will be awarded to the bidder who placed the bid first. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed.
PAYMENT: All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after auction ending.
IN-PERSON PICK- UP: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Credit Card accepted.
SHIPPING REQUIRED: Credit Card or Bank Transfer Accepted ONLY.
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. All Items NOT PAID FOR BY CLOSE ON THE FINAL PICKUP DAY, WE WILL RUN THE CREDIT CARD USED TO REGISTER. Please check the details before placing your bid.

Any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates (for that specific auction),WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE SELLER. Pioneer Auction Service LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated removal period. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and removal of all items purchased without assistance from Pioneer Auction Service LLC. SUSPENSION / PERMANENT BAN: A bidder/buyer will be suspended or permanently banned from Pioneer Auction Service LLC. Online Auctions for providing false or fraudulent information when registering. A bidder/buyer will be permanently banned from Pioneer Auction Service LLC. Online Auctions for failing to honor the "REMOVAL" terms made under that bidder/buyer registration.
TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Pioneer Auction Service LLC. reserve the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Pioneer Auction Service LLC. shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
Firearms: ALL Long Guns and Handguns require documentation. You MUST provide ONE(1) of these pieces of documentation. FFL License, CPL License or Purchase Permit (RI-010a Form). Black Powder is excluded.

Karen enjoyed driving semi when needed to help her family farm—never without looking her best, with her hair and makeup always done to perfection. She carried herself with pride and elegance, no matter the task at hand. Family meant everything to Karen. She especially cherished the time she spent with her nieces and nephews, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. She was also a dedicated and active member of her local Order of the Eastern Star chapter, where she built lasting friendships and gave back to her community.
