Please bring help to move large furniture items, we do not have people who can do this.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale .
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is". Not responsible for accidents.

Please be careful coming down the stairs, it is the only way to come to the sale. DO NOT SLIDE YOUR HAND ALONG THE RAILING, YOU WILL GET SPLINTERS!! HOLD THE RAILING LIGHTLY AND LIFT UP YOUR HAND.

Painting by Ron Lessor of Cavalry soldiers used on the cover of a book by Don Bendel. This painting "Chief of Scouts," won an award for the artist who is known for creating art for the covers of numerous books. It was purchased from B & R Galleries in California.

Signed WWI soldier memorial by General John J. Pershing, Commander in Chief for Private Harry Potter of Company F125 Infantry. General John J. Pershing was one of only three 6 star generals in the history of United States military. He is the only 6 star general to achieve this standing in his life.
