ESTATE SALE OF WILDERNEST STORE IN DOWNTOWN BRIGHTON-JAKE'S ESTATE SALES

We will be having an estate sale at WILDERNEST, a store in Downtown Brighton to liquidate all inventory and fixtures.  Sadly, the owner of the store passed away a few months ago and left this wonderful store full of inventory which includes bird baths, bird houses, glass and ceramic birds, bird items of all kinds, loads of Fairy items, pond items, turtle and frog items, bat items, wind chimes including solar chimes, solar items of all kinds, wall hangings,  flags, banners, some clothing, some jewelry, stationery, cards, thermometers, night lights, benches, dog items, lots of books, DVD'S, patio stones, Art Posts, a number of high powered bird watching binoculars, Hummingbird, Finch and Purple Martin items, childrens items, Christmas items....Halloween items...tons of items in original boxes for gifts, especially Christmas gifts....and so much more !!!  There are 1000's of items.

Also includes all store fixtures including shelving, 2 exterior signs (you will have to get them down), electronics including card readers-electronic scale-printer and more, radios, ladders, display pieces including Christmas displays, beautiful metal display trees and shelves, various wood displays, lots of excess wood including various lengths 2 x 4's and more !!

We are finally done working on the store (WHEW !!!) and if you are familiar with it, you know the store is absolutely loaded with items, not to mention a full basement below, stocked with inventory and fixtures...!!    NO EARLY SALES !!

The sale will be on Sept. 8, 9, 10 and 11 from 9am to 6pm each day.  The first day will be 20% off, second day will be 25% off, third day will be 35% off and the final day will be 50% off.

On Sept. 9 and 10 (Friday and Saturday), Brighton will be having the Smokin' Jazz and Barbecue Blues Festival which is a terrific yearly festival in Downtown Brighton.  They close down Main Street, so parking will be a little more difficult, but come and spend the day and enjoy great music and food !!  (We will probably stay later on these days to coincide with the festival.)

As usual, we will have a number board at the rear entry of the store for those that would like to be first in line to enter the store on Thursday morning.  We will line everyone up at 8:45 and will allow as many people as possible to enter at 9am.  We have to limit the number of people in the store at one time due to safety regulations.  We accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS and there is a 3% charge on credit cards.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL !

This will be a fantastic sale and to honor the owner of this wonderful store, we will have a Donation Box on the counter for the Howell Nature Center.  Donations will be made in her name after the sale.  She loved animals of all kinds and especially birds !!.  Please come and join us and enjoy the final 4 days this iconic store will be open !!

JAKE'S ESTATE SALES

F.Y.I.  Just a quick animal update.  Levi, our Chocolate Lab will not be attending the sale for obvious reasons, but..."Chippy" the Chipmunk has been helping us the entire time that we have been working on the store.  He does not seem to want to leave the store, so....if you see something small running thru the store...it is not a mouse, but a very fat, friendly chipmunk.
