1) 3% fee for all Debit/Credit Card purchases
2) All items are sold "as is". Please inspect all items, prior to your purchase, no refunds will be given. All sales are final!
3) We cannot assist in removing items from the home, please bring help, to remove large items that you purchase
4) LIABILITY WAIVER The estate nor Great Lakes Estate Sales, LLC handling the estate sale are not liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun!
5) We do not have any public restrooms, plan accordingly
6) No large bags, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.
7) We cannot guarantee the availability of any item. We do our best to update photos.
8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.

We are so happy to be invited back, and bring you this outstanding sale!!!  This week we are going to be flexible with the pricing too, so don't be afraid to give us your best offer. With over 8,000 items or more to chose from, we are going to do it again!! We have also added a few new items as well, and brought up some additional inventory too.  All items are new, and range from table top to large statues for the yard, or home.

Just so you know, we do offer delivery on those items that are you not able to carry with you (some exceptions will apply). So when you see something that you love, and want, please let us know, we are happy to deliver, which would be an additional cost, but well worth it. For those items that you do take with you please bring material to support your items. We can also assist with packing and loading too while your out visiting!!!  If you wish to purchase large amounts of inventory, we can also arrange, to have products shipped via your carrier, or ours.  We are happy to assist with price quotes when shipping large quantities of inventory.  Some of the larger items are already crated, so do not be shy, we are offering some amazing bargains.

Selection includes granite, marble, and aluminum statues, tables, chairs, benches, fountains, and abstract art. Oh but wait there is so much more. Large Buck and Doe, small and large baby deer. Ducks, Lions, Coyotes, and dogs too!! German Shepherds, either sitting or standing.

For all you outdoor nature lovers, we are so happy to offer you Cranes, Ducks, and Owls. Turtles, Roosters and Geese too!! Sundials, boots and Mermaids too! Elephants, Rhinos, and Flamingos. Peacocks and Eagles make a Grand Statement. Need a magical Pegasus, or a striking Clydesdale, we have a very nice selection for you to choose from.

We are so very pleased to offer as well, Virgin Mary, Saint Jude, Jesus, Lady of Guadalupe, and Flower Crosses too. These statues are sure to add a distinctive touch to any garden or patio. Aside from being amazing as an outdoor decoration, these all work equally well indoors as well.

Statues also help in creating an attractive indoor/outdoor space. A very wide assortment of benches and tables too, a very large variety, sure to please everyone!!

Holidays are right around the corner too, and with that being said we have a lot of wonderful small items that are great for gift giving. Treat yourself while your shopping too, simply put, this sale is remarkable The fountain selection, especially the ball fountains, are simply amazing.
