You need to remain at site if you start the sign in sheet (people need to line up 5-10 minutes early by front door to enter by their number) Most sales we will open the garage 15-30 minutes early. This is a huge estate sale! This lady had wonderful taste and traveled the world. She was a Major in the Army and worked in Washington! Very unique and interesting taste! Great selection at this sale!

We did file a special permit for parking, but please do not block driveways!

Nice ornate Louis XVI /French /Henri II hand carved ornate furniture! (Armoire/bed/table and chairs) This lady traveled all over the world for her Military job and pleasure! She collected some higher end Persian rugs/carpets/tapestries and more. Nice Africa collectables, Nice art pieces, which she loved her artist "James Christensen". We will be offering several pictures by him.
