PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases. YOUR PAYMENT SERVES AS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
SALE ITEMS ARE PRESENTED IN AS IS / WHERE AS CONDITION. NO CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE. TRANSACTION CLOSES WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries within a 16 mile radius of Buchanan, MI with The Ramirez Movers, item and address determine delivery fee. We will also coordinate deliveries to Chicagoland shoppers; item and distance from Wilmette, IL will determine price.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets.
