PLEASE read all of the following info carefully!!!
This sale will take place in a private residence. The entrance and exit will take place through the front door only.
As a high end residence with light carpeting, all customers will asked to remove their shoes upon entering the home. Please make sure to wear socks!
Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️ There may be a very small fee associated with any online transaction.
!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!
• A sign up sheet will be put out by the front door by 6am on the first day of the sale.
• Numbered cards will be handed out exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time.
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT at 8am in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain by the front door for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time, then your name must be on the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet. Please print clearly!
A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25. NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.
This is a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.

Furniture pieces include a formal dining room table with 10 chairs, an amazing break front cabinet, end tables, bar stools (with swiveling leather seats), additional cabinets, a sofa, a granite coffee table, beds, nightstands, numerous dressers, a leather chair w/ ottoman, matching wingback chairs, mirrors, brass lamps, a fantastic wicker bedroom set, several amazing clocks, and at least a half dozen floor rugs (some brand new).
You’ll find more than furniture at this sale though. There will also be jewelry, books, antiques, art, glassware, China sets, electronics (camera, walkie talkie, headphones, Sony stereo system), cloths, bed coverings, tools, gardening supplies, kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, Christmas decorations, a beautiful silverware set, clothes, stamp and currency collections, vintage yearbooks, antique advertisements, documents, postcards, photographs, greeting cards, pamphlets, and much, much more.
Please note that any price tag that may be visible in the pics or video on items available for purchase in this sale are not those of Seth & Sons and should be ignored or disregarded.
Also note that all customers will be asked to remove their shoes upon entering the home, so please plan on wearing socks!
