You will enter through the front door into the LIVING AREA. What looks like an everyday house from the outside..Well you’ll see when you get inside! (You will be asked to slip booties on over your shoes. I will provide them.) This area hosts the china and glassware table with everything from Vaseline glass, Pampered Chef, Fenton, Princess House and more! Also in this room is an antique dresser, And the Jewelry table! There are some good things on the jewelry table!
The KITCHEN has a good amount of usable kitchenware. There is Pyrex, Corningware, a huge set of Pfaltzgraff, Pampered Chef, Salad shooter, utensils, glasses, a coffee bean grinder and more.
Stepping outside to the PORCH there are a couple handmade chairs, and other items.
Up the stairs to the LOFT is a wall of books. There is some great reading, including The official military atlas of the Civil War. In the child’s rocker is an original signed Lee Middleton doll in her original clothes with tons of other clothes too. There is a very nice sofa, purchased from a furniture store in Owosso that is no longer there, an interesting shaped small trunk, electric blanket throws, a humidifier and more.
Now you can head down the stairs, if you turn left you enter the CRAFT ROOM. I don’t think I’ve ever had this many different crafts in one room! First there is fabric, although all of the fat quarters are Fleece, there are started projects in cotton. When you check out the pictures there is a beautiful Viking Husqvarna Serger, (she preferred her sewing machine to the serger so it saw little use). There is a ton of yarn, needles, scrapbooking, candle making, make your own cheese kit, soapstone carving including the soap stone and tools, lots of stamping, colored inks, glitter, and more. Then there is a table of jewelry making supplies. Somehow a Hoosier cabinet found its way into the craft room too!
Next door the craft room is the BAR with a pool table. There are so many classic beer signs, even a Neon Rolling Rock sign, bottles, collectables like an eagle and antler piece with a matching eagle knife, a Royal Stetson, and other fedora’s. This room is amazing.
Last but not least downstairs is the STORAGE ROOM with a vintage ¾ size bed, and Eastlake chair, kitchen appliances, Foosball, exercise equipment, a Recordio Reel to Reel, a Sing a Long machine, canning jars and lids, and again MORE.
The Garage is your last stop in the house, and instead of garage stuff, there is an antique cigar press, vintage cookie cutters, clothes, toys, coolers, a trunk, vintage luggage, a rocker, a couple cool globes, an antique typewriter and a very neat wood cook stove.
Across the drive in the first building is the WORKSHOP. The owner is a carver, and wood worker, so this place is full. It’s not just tools, there is a ton of wood, a pile of burled wood, lots of nails , nuts, bolts, hardware, three compound bows, arrow, tips, camo, and a huge tote of Fly Tying supplies and tools, and two totes of guitar making supplies, (he has one for sale in the living room) table and chairs, a mini refrigerator, and I’m sure I’ve missed some things.
The next building down toward the river is YARD, GARDEN, AND TOOLS. There are table saws, a brand new Trane gas furnace, a Honda Eu1000 generator, welding torches and gas tanks, a John Deere poly cart, a 10” tiller, and way more !
