Sign up sheet will be available June 6 the night before at 8 pm. Numbers will be issued at 8 am the morning of the sale June 7 and you must be present or you will forfeit your place in line.
We do not accept street sign up sheets or numbers, you must sign the one I provide. thanks
Doors open promptly at 9 am.
Thursday & Friday prices are firm. Saturday most items will be 25% off & Sunday 50 % off.
Please plan on spending some time at this sale as there are four floors packed full and lots to see!
We discourage you from bringing young children on the first couple days of the sale as it is very packed and there are many collectible & precious treasures.
We do not have a public restroom!
NO bags or large purses allowed. We will provide bags & boxes at the sale after you have purchased your items.
Theft will not be tolerated. Security cameras are in place and violators will be prosecuted.
Payment = cash, credit cards, 3% charge for use of credit card, local checks upon approval. (Cash is preferred)
Please bring help for loading heavy/large items.

Excellent Condition 1929. 16' Old Town Canoe model OCTA. USED Lightly in the 1970's-90 then hung up. A canvas covered Canoe & has NO fiberglass. Originally purchased and sold in Ann Arbor Michigan in 1929.
2-nd owner here.
Height midway is 12" & 24" @ the ends.
Pickup in Cadillac, Michigan.
