This sale features two amazing estates in one location. We have quality vintage jewelry from Sandy's Jewelry store that was a staple in downtown Cadillac for many years!

PLEASE PLAN TO SPEND SOME TIME AT THIS SALE. THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE. If You're interested in music/records, you will need lots of time to look, same with postcards & jewelry! 

Let's start in the jewelry room. As stated above we have absolutely beautiful vintage jewelry for sale. We have something for everyone! Costume jewelry, sterling silver, gold, diamonds, rubies, sapphires, pearls, rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches... please see photos and remember not every piece is shown, there is a lot to see! This will be a perfect opportunity to purchase a unique piece of jewelry for a special Christmas gift this year! 

Along with our jewelry room which is located on the upper level, we have a boutique with ladies clothing and shoes including many pairs of Cole Haan. Nice ladies leather boots. We have costume jewelry, hats, vintage vanity items, vintage luggage and even a men's section. In another bedroom upstairs we have our linen room with some gorgeous vintage pieces. We have blankets, sheets, table clothes, quilts, vintage towels, never used! A military corner featuring vintage flags, military hats, buttons, pins & books, and some American legion items. We also have a nice assortment of vintage cameras, Kodak, Polaroids, photography lights, tripod's bags & some 8mm projectors. Across the hall is our art room, filled with a variety of paintings & prints and some Asian Decor, please photos for more details and descriptions. We will also be featuring a Cadillac Michigan memorabilia area with photos, postcards, St. John's table Co ledgers and The view from courthouse Hill by Judge William Peterson & more. 

On the main level we have some antique dolls, quality pieces of glass & pottery. A fabulous variety of old postcards. Lighted display cabinets. Dining room set. Vintage desk. Swedish items. Very early antique baby crib/cradle. A pair of Murano glass lamps. A Cushman footstool with label.

We have a sweet Christmas room on the main level and a rocking Music Room, featuring vintage records, old radios, a victrola, vintage sheet music, old clocks, some very interesting movie reels.... 

The basement features, a tool area, a gardening area, large pots & pans, old pickle jars. MCM Martinsville dining room table & chairs and a matching China cabinet. A book room with desks, office items and vintage typewriters. A sewing/craft room features, fabric, accordion style sewing baskets, sewing machines and more.

We have 2 fabulous vintage MCM bedroom sets. One is made by Lenoir House, the other by Huntley Furniture. 

Yard tools, snow blower, antique push lawn mower, 2 vintage Schwinn bicycles and so much more....
