We gladly accept cash, check or charge.
- Numbers will be handed out between 8:30 am and 8:45 am on Thursday.
- The sale begins at 9:00 am on Thursday
- Phone in purchases will be accepted starting at 9:00 am, as well. Call 616-262-0327.
- Purchased items must be picked up by end of sale on Saturday.
- All sales are final.
- Please be sure to bring people to help you load your purchases and be sure to pick up all of your items by closing on the last day.
- We are looking forward to seeing you!

This Estate Sale holds something for everyone.  The family lived for over 20 years on the 10 acre grounds which houses multiple out buildings - now bursting with sale items.  The Log Cabin Estate is immaculate and it is filled with items you won't see everyday.  The Man of the house was a Tool-and-Die retiree as well as an extremely accomplished carpenter.  You know what that means; tools.  High end Starrett and Mitutoyo Gauges, tool boxes, tools, tables and more tools.
