All machines and equipment will be sold as-is in a cash-only sale. You will be responsible for loading your purchases. The machinery, while primarily complete, is heavy with moving parts and dangerous to move by yourself. Estate will not be responsible for any damages to you, your purchase(s), or your vehicle as part of this sale. Attendance of the sale assumes risks inherent within a tight location with large machinery being moved around and should be considered generally unsafe for young children. Please take appropriate precautions.

Any damage to the property resulting from your removal actions will be your responsibility.
