HOW THE SALE WILL BE CONDUCTED: An “Estate Sale” will take place on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8th from 12 NOON to 8 PM and again on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9th from 12 NOON to 8 PM. Items will be priced for immediate sale.

A traditional “Live Auction” will begin at 6 PM on Tuesday October 13th to sell the remaining items from the preceding “Estate Sale”.

GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a collection of “Pristine” furniture, lawn & garden items, sporting goods, plus tools and equipment from well-kept living estates. Late model cars will also be on-hand. You will also find unique vintage items, antiques and collectables within this offering.

LOCATION: 20501 W. Old US Hwy 12, Chelsea Michigan. Go 1 block West of Main St., (M-52) on Old US Hwy 12 (Jackson-Ann Arbor Rd), turn left onto Old Manchester Rd. Enter the Chelsea Fairgrounds thru the North-East entrance. Turn left between the Green and Yellow barns.

FACILITIES: Sale takes place inside the White “Multi-Purpose Arena” building. Beverages and snack foods available on site. Care to dine in? There are several local food establishments that will deliver. There is ample parking with clean restrooms.

SPECIAL NOTES TO BUYERS: Bring help to load large items. Remaining tools & equipment, along with cars, tractors, lawn and garden items begin selling at the live auction approximately 7:00 pm on Tuesday evening.

You may wish to submit a “silent” bid during the “Estate Sale” that will act as your offer during the live auction on Tuesday. Chat with the auction staff for details or call 517-851-8042.

If you cannot attend our sale; we entertain phone and internet “Absentee” bids which may be submitted on larger items. Contact us if you have any questions.
