1. All Sales Are Final

All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or returns. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchasing.

2. Featured Equipment & Specialty Items

Certain tractors, motorcycles, farm equipment, and specialty items are being marketed separately and may sell prior to the advertised sale dates. Availability is subject to change.

3. Public Sale & Appointment Items

The majority of items will be available during the public sale. Select larger equipment, vehicles, motorcycles, pool table, and specialty furnishings may be shown by appointment or require scheduled pickup arrangements.

4. Cash, Venmo & Card Payments

We accept cash, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards. A processing fee applies to card transactions. No personal checks accepted.

5. Holds & Deposits

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold items without a deposit. Any agreed-upon hold deposits will be applied to the purchase price and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of the hold.

6. Buyer Responsibility

All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer at the time of sale. Buyers are responsible for removal, transportation, labor, tools, trailers, tie-downs, and moving assistance.

Please bring adequate help and equipment for large or heavy purchases.

7. Equipment & Mechanical Items

Tractors, motorcycles, lawn equipment, implements, appliances, and mechanical items are sold as-is. Heritage Property & Estate Management and the sellers make no guarantees regarding future performance, suitability, or mechanical condition beyond information provided to us by the estate.

8. Loading Assistance

Limited loading assistance may be available for certain large items at the discretion of the seller. Buyers should not assume loading assistance will be available and should arrive prepared to safely load and transport their purchases.

9. No Large Bags or Backpacks

To ensure a safe and efficient shopping experience, large bags, backpacks, and oversized containers may be restricted in certain areas.

10. Liability Waiver

By attending this sale, you assume all risks associated with entering the property and inspecting merchandise. Heritage Property & Estate Management, the property owners, and their representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or loss of personal property.

11. Respect the Property

This is a private property. Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, sale staff, and fellow shoppers.

12. Parking

Please park legally and follow all posted signs and directions. Do not block driveways, roads, equipment access, or neighboring properties.

13. Security Measures

Surveillance cameras may be in use. Shoplifting and fraudulent activity will be reported and prosecuted.
