@ We accept CASH ONLY. No Credit/Debit Cards or checks !!
@ All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final! No exceptions. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, guarantees or warranties on any item.
@ Enter Sale at your own risk !!! We ARE NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries while you visiting OUR SALE.
@ Please leave your purses in your car when attending the estate sales. Tote bag will need to be shown to cashing when entering & leaving sale.

@ Cashier has the right to use discretion on final prices or refuse the sale of any item.
@ We are now using surveillance cameras at our sales !! Shoplifting and tag switching are crimes. We will prosecute if necessary!

@ Please bring your own help to move and load your items / larger furniture to your car. You must move and load your own items ! We do not help load or move any items.
@ We do not pass out street number's. Typically one of the first customers will be out front passing out numbers, so look for them !!

@ We do not own any of the items posted for the sale. ALL items may be subject to the homeowners final decision on pricing and the availability.
@ Please NO PHONE CALLS or EMAILS asking us on prices or sizes on items !! WE DO NOT give prices or details over the phone and internet !!! We are working hard to prep this sale as well as other sales and do not have this information memorized !! You will need to visit the sale.
