-Buyer is responsible for removal and loading of all items - we do not offer assistance with moving or removing items.
-A sign up sheet will be available the morning of the sale. The first customer may start a list, but must remain on the premises to add subsequent customers to the list until sale staff arrives.
-We reserve the right to limit entry in the event of a large crowd.
-We do not allow early access or presales
-Please be honest. If you are caught removing or switching price tags, you will be banned from future sales
-We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on property
